APPLICATION PROCESSING FEE: None

REGISTRATION FEE: Registration fee: $100 (non-refundable) due with first month's tuition. This fee helps offset costs of student record-keeping and association fees.

STUDENT RESOURCE FEE: $250 (Non-refundable). The Resource Fee is used toward books, student insurance, and classroom teaching supplements.

WITHDRAWAL FEE: $400 PER STUDENT ~ Students are considered enrolled for the entire school year; therefore, budgets and teacher contracts are set accordingly. The early withdrawal of a student creates and opening which may not be able to be filled. Student(s) who withdraw between August 1, 2010 and March 30, 2011 will be assessed a $400 withdrawal fee. In addition, the full month’s tuition is due for any month which the student(s) attends one school day. All fees are due in full and are non-refundable. Refunds are for tuition only, and will be made on accounts that are paid beyond the current month. Official transcripts, report cards, and records cannot be released or sent to other schools if an outstanding balance remains.

ANNUAL FUND: A yearly tax-deductible gift is greatly appreciated. Your gift will provide additional resources to improve and expand programs for students.

LATE FEES: A late fee of $25.00 is assessed each month if fees or tuition installments are not paid by the due date. A returned check results in a $30.00 returned check charge.

NO BILLING STATEMENTS: No statements or invoices will be sent by True Light Shines Academy.

TUITION ASSISTANCE: No tuition assistance is currently available.
